幾年前日本料理畢業飯,老師第一次帶我哋嚟食已經有好大好大嘅感受,亦都因為對日本料理嘅了解多咗,更加知道呢度嘅菜品更正宗!今次再嚟係突登想試佢個蒸生蠔(ˊo̴̶̷̤ ̫ o̴̶̷̤ˋ)首先講吓個明太子玉子燒,玉子燒加入咗高湯、糖等嘅調味,所以食得出佢質地軟滑多汁,淡淡嘅高湯味,配埋芝士明太子口感豐富,我想講呢個先叫真正嘅玉子燒呀!佢嘅刺身盛都係上乘之作,除咗有Set揀,仲有時令嘅海鮮刺身選擇。到咗佢哋嘅炸串啦☺️炸皮好薄好膽,充分保存好入面配料嘅味道,無論入面包嘅係溏心蛋,雞肉卷定係蔬菜,全部都恰到好處,滿分!好啦好啦到個蒸蠔啦,上日本料理堂第一堂教嘅係「旨み」,指嘅係食物獨有嘅鮮味,呢個蒸生蠔首要條件係啲蠔一定要新鮮,第二係火候。佢樣樣都做到哂,蠔處於剛剛內裡熟透呈現飽滿多汁嘅狀態,一口咬落去淡淡嘅鮮味咸味甜味,可以配上佢幾款調味又多一番層次享受。

到咗佢哋嘅炸串啦☺️炸皮好薄好膽,充分保存好入面配料嘅味道,無論入面包嘅係溏心蛋,雞肉卷定係蔬菜,全部都恰到好處,滿分!
