超愛佢地嘅雞肝,咪以為紅紅地係生 係燒到剛好 熟得黎又保持到內面嫩滑融化雞皮要燒到脆身又唔乾柴,保持到雞油香同皮嘅彈性 絕對考驗師傅嘅耐性同經驗仲有佢地嘅牛利同五花腩,痴線咁好食,真係牛有牛so味 豬有豬香味架,厚身好口感最令我食過回味,就係佢地嘅牡丹蝦壽司,見住師傅用好溫柔而熟練嘅手勢清洗加去殻,蝦身用黎做手握壽司 蝦膏拎黎做火炙軍艦 一d都唔浪費呢個2食真心回味呀仲有佢地嘅酒盗芝士 無野好講,同榴連一樣 食嘅會好中意 唔食嘅 講到幾好都唔食 而呢間 芝士非常香濃 勝價比高呀唯一是high ball 威士忌太淡,可能佢懷疑我唔夠秤啦😂😂😂
