紅磡區小店,店家自家製作包點餃子,半開放式工場,不時見到師傅純熟地包製。雖然堂食貴一蚊,但我覺得呢類野食需要熱辣辣先好食!不過今次堂食啲包同餃都係凍左,感覺真係差好遠,如果第一次食係咁既我諗無下次。① 蔥油大餅 $11蔥油餅大推!厚身又幾鬆軟,外層少少酥香,加埋蔥油味及芝麻真係剛剛好。一個人食一塊已經夠飽,所以通常都同朋友Share。② 生煎包 $7③ 生煎餃 $7包類同餃類啲餡分豬肉同牛肉餡,可按喜好選擇蒸或煎,但煎既如果唔係新鮮煎起就有機會凍左。但始終生煎包個底脆脆地正啲,生煎餃就有啲似鍋貼,所以我無試過蒸包或蒸餃。④ 小籠包 $32小籠包即叫即蒸,熱辣辣而且皮薄有肉汁,正!
