朋友知道我喜歡食蒸海鮮,每次發現有餐廳有都會通知我再研究要不要食下~ 今天餐廳地點唔係openrice搵蒸海鮮, 都幾難會去尖沙咀最入面的位置! 大家放工去尖沙咀都很方便, 便找一天去發掘美食!寶軒酒店很客易找到, 超大的招牌! 今次點了有蒜氣石鍋海鮮餐是每位$328 (2位起), 價錢中規中矩。座位寬敞舒適的, 還有大電視~首先是黑松露蒸蛋, 職員先蒸一會先再把黑松露放上面再蒸一會, 吃起來像茶碗蒸, 應該本身放了一些湯汁, 所以蒸蛋很滑而且是”有肉味”, 黑松露超級香! 職員服務超級好! 而且說他們是以7成熟為目標, 如果想再熟一點可以跟他們說! 首先蒸的鮑魚很彈牙! 然後是沙包蜆及海蝦, 很少有海蝦可以吃了! 本身的鹽味是不用沾醬油也很好吃!日本元貝超級大份!日本海產難得那麼大份量~不過我最驚喜是那個清蒸美國桶蠔!! 真的沒有腥味道!!吃蠔其實都習慣會有點腥, 不過這次真的沒有, 應該是新鮮及薑蔥吸收了~手打豬肉丸+墨魚丸一定食得出是人手打出來的!! 是比較彈牙, 豬肉丸咬開也有一點肉汁~薑蔥蒜鮮魷蒸的時間控制得不錯, 蒸到鮮魷又彈牙又易咬開!蒜蓉蒸勝瓜雖然簡單, 不過也是我很

日本元貝超級大份!日本海產難得那麼大份量~不過我最驚喜是那個清蒸美國桶蠔!! 真的沒有腥味道!!吃蠔其實都習慣會有點腥, 不過這次真的沒有, 應該是新鮮及薑蔥吸收了~

最後的粥底 也可以加一些配料, 例如芹菜粒, 蔥粒等等, 我們每人都吃了2.5碗!!! 一定夠飽肚!! 因為海鮮蒸出來的汁都會流在粥內, 其實粥會有鮮味, 不是白粥來的!!
