To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

返工返到天昏地暗, 雖然唔係反左好耐工, 但D時間越來越難捱, 食飯真係想食好D, 慰勞下自己. 近排心情不太好, 又好想食下家鄉小食, 就走左去上海弄堂, 想食返碗冷面.冷面既配菜配色幾靚, 有雞絲, 火腿絲, 青瓜絲, 再加花生醬, 應該仲有少少醋, 撈勻來食都唔錯, 正常既上海冷面應該係無青瓜絲既, 不過冷面本身有花生醬會好結, 加上青瓜絲口感清爽好多 =]至於花生醬, 略嫌唔夠花生味, 醋味亦唔夠.... 理應會再加多D醋, $42連加一, 午飯應該會較抵食, 唔算太好, 又未算差, 但心情唔好時來返碗凍冰冰既冷面都算唔錯
