Restaurant: NINOEN Japanese Take-Away Shop

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 返屋企途中路過小店,決定再次幫襯下。之前試過幾款壽司,三文魚跟鰻魚很好吃,其他就麻麻。但是切記不要在冬天買壽司,放進雪櫃太久米飯很凍很硬,只能吃上面的刺身。這次決定試試便當,選了滑蛋鰻魚 (沒辦法太愛鰻魚了,雖然知道很肥)飯的份量超足,相對來講滑蛋鰻魚似乎少了點。但是味道就真的很不錯,很香的鰻魚加上滑蛋就著撒上芝麻碎的米飯真的美味。附送的有湯,三片刺身同一些中華沙律。湯就普通拉,刺身也是普普通通,不過中華沙律還是不錯的。40虻的午餐也就算是咁啦,但是cashier的女仔似乎有點遲鈍,跟她說我想要前菜轉雑菜可不可以,她一會說可以,一會說雑菜已經炒在鰻魚滑蛋裏了(有洋蔥在内),明顯是自己都不清楚自己間店鋪有乜食品。
