土瓜灣沒有一間車仔麵像樣,日前看食評,有食家稱讚這間在偉恆昌附近的"極滋味",就來一試.又是剔紙仔形式點菜,車仔麵配菜來來去去也是好幾味,其實,車仔麵根本就係得幾款選擇,沒有今天的五花八門,有些店連薯餅也夠膽放在車仔麵上.某程度上,正在實踐著香港人的靈活,變通.姑勿論是否九唔搭八,也值得頒個"最有勇氣獎".極滋味的車仔菜,也將茄汁豆納入為車仔麵之內,又茄汁豆又咖喱魚蛋,咁食法會否肚屙?不敢冒險,四味之中,要豬紅,魷魚,蘿蔔,腐皮蝦餅,算是最特別一味.配沙爹汁.麵底是油麵.車仔麵湯底很清,清到很淡.豬紅幾滑,蘿蔔爽口,但有點點渣,說回味道.都清甜.魷魚夠爽.似是用旁門左道"那"到爽,腐皮蝦餅外來貨,不過不失.而沙爹醬就未夠刺激.連凍飲一杯$23,如淨吃就收少$2.值不值?見仁見智.
