一行五人,一心來試食片皮鴨,叫了一隻,上檯有兩大碟已經片好的鴨肉,看到賣相,個心已經冷咗一截,試一口,肉多過皮,皮也不脆,與平時食開的北京填鴨仍有一大段距離,感覺上,與我們去買隻燒鴨回家起肉分別不大,老實講,都幾失望。另外叫了羊肉餡餅,家常餅,豆沙鍋餅,幾款餅類的皮都很韌,也許,是我個人口味問題,不喜歡食太韌的東西。(講到餡餅,餅類,我還是覺得馬X莊的餡餅做得較出色。)至於雞絲粉皮,這兒做得不錯,粉皮不會痴埋一嚿,個醬的味道,濕度都掌握得唔錯。香樁炒蛋,賣相唔靚,但味道都唔錯。拔絲蘋果,備有一大碗水一起上檯,侍應提示先浸水拉絲更好,我們聽指示來試後,拉絲很長,但好痴牙,唔識欣賞。每人的口味都有所不同,但對我個人而言,試過一次便夠了。
