放假的一天總想食一餐較豐富的lunch,在尖沙咀The ONE 4樓開了一間新開的餐廳「The Point」,此餐廳都環境都好開揚,有幾經過都見到不少客人享用不同的pizza、意粉、特色飲品等...看來此店的食物都真是非常吸引,難得今天放假,決定與妹妹在此食lunch渡過一個中午時光。坐下來先有店員介紹了一些特色的飲品及菜式給我,剛起床不久的我總是想來一杯咖啡提神,我個人選擇了Earl grey latte ($38),咖啡跟伯爵茶的配搭都好夾,鮮奶的份量也配合剛好,飲落除了有陣陣的咖啡香之外,也有伯爵茶獨特的佛手柑香,味道方面除了有咖啡天然的微微苦瀝,還帶幾分茶味的甘醇,同時奶味濃厚香滑,感覺都好特別又美味。 妹妹就選擇了Cafe mocha ($38),咖啡上的拉花真是好精美,賣相已經非常吸引,朱古力味道較為突出,不過又不會蓋過咖啡的味道,都做到兩者都是平衡,香甜奶香,讓人飲到更是心滿意足。 飲了兩啖咖啡後,食西餐時總想來碗熱湯暖下胃,本人選擇了Lobster bisque ($78 ),因為我平時最愛就是飲龍蝦湯,此湯質濃稠幼滑,溫度都好夠熱,味道都很鮮香,不會太鹹,湯裡還
