刺身食落感覺都滿新鮮,雖然唔係每款都好食,不是其質素都尚算好不錯。印象最深刻必定係吞拿魚大腩,充滿魚脂香,入口即化既口感令人不斷回味,一件唔夠啊!

海膽食落只帶甜味,欠缺左那股甘香鮮甜的味道,味道是有點怪,同平時食開的味道略有不同;不過就唔太喜歡帆立貝的口感,較黏口和腍身,沒甚口感。

他的極丼 $178,裡頭有五款刺身,藍鰭吞拿魚大腩、帆立貝、海膽、油甘魚、赤蝦!大約每款有兩片,剩係望到碗丼既顏色咁靚已經食慾大增,不是男仔就未必夠飽。
