台北過江龍人氣招牌湯底為 豬骨濃湯「東方美人」& 麻辣花椒「元珠小染」,鴛鴦鍋 $328豬骨濃湯呈現為奶白色,骨膠原豐富,湯一滾起飲左一碗先,豬骨味非常香濃,入口滑滑的,感覺很滋潤 😋而麻辣湯中用花椒、豆瓣、辣椒等十多款香料加入中藥調製 ,配上豆腐及鴨血 🌶️今日中午去胃口仲未大開,所以選擇左綜合肉類盛盤,當中包括:道松阪豬肉-玫瑰花形手工切肉、羊肉、牛肉 🐗豬肉 🌹玫瑰花朵很結實,要原隻下鍋,煮嘅時間相對要耐少少 🤏 但肉質比牛養更加出色,個人都幾欣賞佢豬肉 🐽另外,一個創意手工食品係枝仔冰,有花枝、蝦肉、豬肉各一條,其實分量都幾少⋯ 食落味道一般 🤪 真係貪得意影下相,扮下雪條 特別叫咗個黑毛肚,for大寶寶食用~~~店舖裝修古典,大部分用木製桌椅,並設有私人包廂,不過包廂入面就未必有海景睇啦~
