第一次來到這家和処酒肴,門面是一貫日式作風的低調,而內裡是地道居酒屋的風格。直行便見到吧枱及店員用紙褶成的名字很有心思。今晚選了這款$880的「USHIO」:先來前菜:海草 - 咸香,有點爽脆感蝦肉蓉 - 蝦香加上咸香牛 - 牛肉碎,再拌有洋蔥碎,清甜豬 - 煙肉包豬肉,鮮甜不油膩魚 - 魚肉壓成,清甜不腥黑松露蛋 - 一入口已有清香黑松露,然後慢慢滲出甜蛋香芝士球煙薰蘿蔔 - 芝士滑溜香濃,原來還勻了蘿蔔增加口感辣味蚌仔 - 彈牙而且配上辣醬,微辣中又帶甜,惹味炸雞 - 香口手押壽司 - 主要有帶酸的蘿蔔、紫蘇葉和魚生,有傳統的感覺枝豆 - 開胃,很適合佐酒魚生 三款𩶘魚(左)、澗白 (右)和鰤魚(上)三款都清甜,但𩶘魚特別有咬口。有燒西京魚、炸豬肉包芝士、雞肉沙律,配菜有酸蘿蔔、用糖醃過的枝豆、酸薑。雞肉沙律口感香糯;燒西京魚入味有嚼感,配上燒汁和點上檸檬汁更提味;炸豬肉一咬即爆芝士,香濃脆口。枝豆用糖醃過口感更內糯,味道香甜。佐口魚明太子 - 中間夾有紫蘇葉,香口又有口感。壽司 (飯已調味)油甘魚腩壽司-肥美黑曹魚-有嚼感,加上薑蓉提味愛女魚-同樣有嚼感,味道清甜牛尾魚- 有筋位
