星期六晚和老公到筲箕灣聚福小厨吃福建菜。這間新開的中菜小店,開在筲箕灣很出名的煲仔飯隔離,地點有點偏僻,但依然有很多客人光顧。菠蘿咕嚕蝦球菠蘿咕嚕肉就見得多,蝦球還是第一次見,原來是幾搭配的,欣賞它的芡汁不會太多,蝦球炸得很香脆,味道酸酸甜甜的。沙嗲金菇牛肉煲味道不會過鹹,牛肉不會柴,芡汁也不會過多,送飯一流。鹹魚蒸肉餅雖然他的賣相平平無奇,但是卻令人驚艷,肉餅彈牙又嫩滑,非常好吃。當然要叫白飯來配這些菜啦。
