同朋友喺返工嘅時候講起想食壽喜燒,所以放工之後我哋就去咗天后附近覓食🤪估唔到俾我哋發現咗一間新開嘅小店,平民嘅價錢有高級嘅質素🤩店員服務態度仲好親切😌豚肉/牛肉壽喜鍋一上到嚟個鍋係熱辣辣,一試啖湯係一個偏甜嘅壽喜燒,亦都係我嘅最愛!🥰肉嘅份量好多,牛肉味都偏濃,唔會一夾就散晒,加上鍋入邊仲有好多唔同嘅配菜例如豆腐,金菇冬菇等,仲有粉絲😋另外加$10仲可以由飯轉烏冬,今次我就揀咗烏冬,烏冬十分煙靭,而且係用碗另上,唔怕浸得太耐會脹晒,所以呢$10都加得非常抵🤩而豚肉壽喜鍋基本上同牛肉壽喜鍋嘅配菜都一樣,純粹係由牛肉轉咗做豬肉,佢啲肉係比較實在,唔會太多嘅肥膏搞到好膩😝鹽燒黑豚腩串之後我哋仲加咗一個黑豚腩串,用嘅係黑豚五花腩肉,燒到外脆內軟,調味啱啱好,唔會過鹹,下次嚟都會再嗌呢個🤩

豚肉/牛肉壽喜鍋
一上到嚟個鍋係熱辣辣,一試啖湯係一個偏甜嘅壽喜燒,亦都係我嘅最愛!🥰肉嘅份量好多,牛肉味都偏濃,唔會一夾就散晒,加上鍋入邊仲有好多唔同嘅配菜例如豆腐,金菇冬菇等,仲有粉絲😋另外加$10仲可以由飯轉烏冬,今次我就揀咗烏冬,烏冬十分煙靭,而且係用碗另上,唔怕浸得太耐會脹晒,所以呢$10都加得非常抵🤩

鹽燒黑豚腩串
之後我哋仲加咗一個黑豚腩串,用嘅係黑豚五花腩肉,燒到外脆內軟,調味啱啱好,唔會過鹹,下次嚟都會再嗌呢個🤩
