To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 親戚為小BB搞百日宴,既為慶祝,亦當作親友團聚。餐廳安排於大堂另辟一室,已備酒水熱茶。齊人了,可以上菜了! 紅雞蛋酸薑  滿月酒彌月宴,當然有紅雞蛋。還有酸薑片呢!鴻運乳豬全體 酒席必定有乳豬。乳豬皮夠脆,皮下脂肪及嫩滑豬肉,甘香肥美,已經夾了几塊呢!好邪惡呀!生財多子柱脯  大大粒瑤柱,配生菜及髮菜。翡翠玉帶桂花蚌 帶子及桂花蚌很爽口彈牙,西蘭花很新鮮。百花釀蟹鉗  大大件,幸好不太彈牙,口感似翡翠豆腐。本身不太喜歡實篤篤似雞肉腸的釀蟹鉗。紅燒蟹肉花膠翅 翡翠遼蔘扣鮮鮑脯 鮑魚片有一環一環的圈狀紋理,是真鮑。薄身鮑片,刀功一流。遼蔘軟棉棉,不彈牙。鮑蔘翅肚,今天每一款都嚐到了。清蒸海星班 比較喜歡食大魚的魚鰭,因為魚身大大條,擔心肉質會老。而魚鰭部份的肉質比較滑呢!蒜香脆燒雞 呈上時是熱辣辣。雞皮的脂肪很少,肉質尚算滑溜。但放涼後,雞肉變得較硬,要趁熱食。叉粒薑米蛋白炒飯 蟹肉燒伊麵  麵身中間没有氣孔,似是未經油炸。一咬即可斷開,不煙韌。鴛鴦糕點  合桃酥配桂花糕合時甜品~紅豆沙  紅豆沙不太甜,可放心讓几位小朋友食用。雖不知這個酒席價格,但封了利是給小BB,就當作是這一頓的消費吧
