To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🔮嫩滑厚切吉列炸三文魚炸三文魚都食到刺身級的質素,丼丼屋最近新推出咗吉列炸三文魚定食,選取新鮮日本直送三文魚,原條厚切,每件差唔多有1.5cm厚,裹上一層薄薄的麵包糠,即叫即炸,火喉精準,炸致半生熟,外脆內嫩,一啖入口魚油慢慢滲出,還配上兩款醬汁,他他醬和南蠻醬,份外滋味,而且更附上新鮮的三文魚籽,將其放上三文魚上面一齊食,更加魚香四溢,口感更有層次🔮牛肉壽喜燒開親子丼定食這個連續5年榮獲日本受金受賞的親子丼,之前每次來我都會點的,用了日本和牛片和名古屋交趾雞肉片,仲有甜嫩滑蛋,舖滿整個碗面,上面仲打多一隻月見子,賣相大份又吸引,蛋汁排滿在肉片上面,蛋味豐富,肉質味香而軟綿,連埋甜甜地嘅壽喜燒,多重口感,很好下飯呀~所有丼飯加$18就可以升級為套餐,有前菜沙律,麵鼓湯,果茶,黑糖果凍,刺身(大蝦刺身和三文魚)或雞翼,相當豐富呀~
