To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早幾日收工屋企無飯食, 正當煩惱緊要買咩晚餐既時候, 突然醒起朋友介紹過Mamma Mia既意粉, 決定今晚就試下佢!今次就買左 香蒜蜆肉意粉 同 蟹肉蕃茄忌廉意粉, 先講香蒜蜆肉先,  蜆肉比想像中要多食落蒜味都夠既, 自己加番小小辣就正! 至於個蟹肉蕃茄忌廉意粉呢.... 就真係好好食!  蟹肉夠蕃茄份量又岩岩好, 每啖意粉都有蕃茄同忌廉包住! 一定要試!! 不過溫馨提示, 宜家淨係得外賣無堂食, 但如果住得近真係要試!

  蟹肉夠蕃茄份量又岩岩好, 每啖意粉都有蕃茄同忌廉包住! 一定要試!!
