「燒味滷師」又開咗新分店,今次開到嚟富榮花園,啱晒我,非常就腳,因為近排經常要嚟呢頭辦事,今日趁有空檔,就即刻過嚟斬料加餸。裝潢有別於市面嘅一般傳統燒臘店,櫥窗以全玻璃形式展示,感覺更乾淨衛生,加上店鋪保持一貫作風,經濟抵食,所以都吸引唔少街坊嚟幫襯。揀咗半隻鹽焗雞、一盒泰式鳳爪、燒鵝下庄 同 一條叉燒,咁多樣嘢加埋都只係二百零蚊,非常抵食。至尊燒鵝下庄 ($120):燒鵝皮脆肉香,食落肉質好嫩滑,有肉汁得嚟更帶陣陣香料氣息。淋上燒鵝汁再點埋啲酸梅醬一齊食,味道一流!燒味佬叉燒 ($40):叉燒水準亦唔錯,肥瘦度剛好,肉質一啲都唔柴,入口甜甜地,有好香濃嘅蜜味,用嚟送飯就最適合不過。另外呢盒客家鹽焗雞 ($35)  都好正,雖然今次只係買咗半隻,但其實份量都唔少。雞皮厚薄適中,雞肉鮮嫩有彈性,帶微微鹹香,點沙薑汁食,更加滋味。泰式鳳爪 ($32):鳳爪爽口又大隻,食落好有咬口,墊底嘅泰式醋汁,味道亦調校得啱啱好,入口酸酸辣辣,非常醒胃,絕對值得一試。
