想食日本野,但又不想去太貴的餐廳,札幌拉麵Miso No.1是一個不錯的選擇。將軍澳店以四人座位為主,七時左右到店時不用等位。晚市有一人套餐,我點了以豬骨、桶骨和豬手熬製的特濃豚骨湯底的白豚拉麵。未吃麵前先呷一口豬骨湯,濃稠鮮甜,忍不住多喝幾口。拉麵用上了幼麵,麵身掛湯力不俗;叉燒腍身又入口;雲耳和蔥花份量足;美中不足的是雞蛋未呈流心狀。炸豆腐有四件,外層稍欠脆度,幸而豆腐嫩滑可口。煎油甘魚鮫甘香味美,魚肉軟嫩帶魚油香。
