今晚約咗朋友去打邊爐,朋友推介呢間好多款牛肉,啱晒我呢個食肉獸😋我哋揀咗牛骨清湯,呢個湯底用新鮮嘅牛骨、牛腩、白蘿蔔、洋蔥熬制8個鐘而成嘅。湯底鮮甜,牛腩好淋仲好有牛肉味,而白蘿蔔夠哂淋同入味😋👍🏻而牛肉我地揀咗8款,包括:牛舌、牛朴肉、牛上肋、安格斯橫隔肌、胸口膀、肩胛翼板、信洲和牛牛腹肉、滑尾龍。每款牛肉都好味又有牛味😋而當中我個人最鐘意係胸口膀、滑尾龍、牛舌😋 胸口膀比較少地方有得食,佢係牛胸前嘅一塊小脂肪,以為會肥膩,但係原來食落爽口帶有牛油香👍🏻😋滑尾龍撈埋蛋汁,之後再放入湯碌,佢厚肉但係好滑嫩,仲好香牛味添😋而牛舌用咗牛舌中心部位,所以食落口好爽又彈牙😍😋除咗牛肉之外,我地叫咗黑豚濃湯餃同埋鮮製手打烏冬。黑豚濃湯餃好香,一咬真係有湯汁流出黎,而餃皮好煙韌,唔係用普平時個d水餃皮㗎😋鮮製手打烏冬好彈牙,手工造嘅烏冬,選用日本進口麵粉,比較扁身幼細,好味呀😋呢間餐廳嘅每碟肉唔會好大碟,價錢又唔貴,咁樣可以試好多唔同款,尤其呢個價錢食到日本長野縣直接運到香港嘅信州和牛!真係性價比高👍🏻😋
