荃灣人來得大鴻輝中心一定要打邊爐,每次排隊上樓上的餐廳有點懊惱,實在太多人等候。幸好緣聚鮮鍋只需坐扶手電梯便可到達,非常方便快捷。於黃金時段任食自助餐加火鍋只需$228,限時120分鐘。 特濃沙嗲火鍋湯底散發著濃郁的咖哩味,之後加湯數次依然有味道,滾起帶點紅椒粉的顏色,味道僅僅微辣,還有大量香茅及干蔥頭滾著,幾乎也不用蘸豉油也夠味道。 部份火鍋配料於QR CODE手機下單,上碟速度也頗快,數量也正確。其餘絕大部份於自助餐區自取,自助區大得有點離譜,可媲美酒店。簡單介紹一下,有日式壽司及刺身區、生蠔區($10/隻)、火鍋配料、炸物區、甜品區、飲品區。 美國穀飼肥牛以冰塊保持新鮮,油花較均勻飽滿,入口相對較柔嫩。蠔肉非常肥美飽滿,與扇貝一樣鮮甜有彈性。大蝦天婦羅新鮮炸起熱騰騰,炸衣酥脆得來又薄,毫不油膩。 特級牛肩胛肉眼的肉味及油花均非常豐富,口感軟嫩嫩滑。西班牙梅頭豬肉肉質細膩,有間隙脂肪,口感香腍軟滑。羊肉片尚算細膩,羶氣少。 鮮甜嫩滑的水魷魚份量頗多,還點了蜂巢豆腐、粟米餃子等,特別一提芋香鴛鴦薯,內有蕃薯餡,外面質感黏糯。 師傅即切的魚生新鮮度高,三文魚的魚脂豐富特別香,帶子肥厚飽

師傅即切的魚生新鮮度高,三文魚的魚脂豐富特別香,帶子肥厚飽滿有質感,榮螺片鮮生彈牙,帶點嚼勁。還有一些特式的手握壽司如吞拿魚、火炙三文魚等,吞拿魚玉子燒更是必叫之選,充滿嫩滑的蛋黃香味。旁邊熟食的大蝦亦相當新鮮,去殼極之容易。
