To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

燴牛肉汁味濃而不太鹹，蛋包飯雞蛋滑溜，和牛漢堡扒真材實料，牛肉肉質鬆軟，接近入口即溶，整體口感極佳。另一款忌廉雞肉，忌廉汁有獨特的半咸半淡，配上蛋包飯非常之好入口。餐廳菜式雖然選擇唔多，有些此日式居酒屋的感覺，但即使晚飯繁忙時間，也不會限制用餐時間👍🏻價錢亦非常親民，茶記嘅價錢食到正宗嘅式蛋包飯，絕對可以成為出入灣仔常到的飯堂😂唯一少少美中不足是餐廳只收現金，用餐前記得帶備足夠現金。不過收得呢個價錢係完全可以理解…
