To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

干炒牛河,去冰室當然要試下炒河先試到廚房既功架,炒河粉質感彈牙多實在唔會一夾就散,炒牛河夠獲氣食落夠晒惹味.中間帶點洋蔥絲增添左份甜味同爽脆感.招牌生炸雞脾配薯角,因為雞脾係新鮮即叫即炸所以店員都好細心溫馨提示要等少少時間.果然等既時間係無白廢既,一上枱熱辣辣既炸雞脾超巨大,大過我個拳頭,而且炸雞脾外皮呈金黃色見到已經流晒口水.雞脾外皮超脆口咬落咔嚓咔嚓又唔會油膩炸得通透.內裏雞肉炸得嫩滑多汁,醃得好好所以唔會有雪味,鹹鹹香香.旁邊既薯角都唔可以睇少！炸得好脆食晒份雞脾再食返d薯角仲係好脆！Oreo特濃阿華田加左oreo碎飲落多左份曲奇咬口同曲奇香,就算係特濃都唔會只係加甜,飲落真係好香華田味得黎唔會甜到渴口抵讚.焦糖忌廉朱古力加左忌廉既朱古力更香滑而且焦糖味令朱古力更有風味吱唔單調.
