香港租金昂貴,唔介意行多兩步,寧願餐廳把成本花在食材上,今晚去藏鳶居酒屋,位於尖沙咀旺區,但需要行樓梯落地庫,相信租金必比地舖相宜得多,所以難得價錢非常合理,而且設置魚缸,確保海鮮新鮮。我覺得串燒唔錯,設置專區有師傅心機燒,即點即燒,烤功恰到好處,有幾款更不乏創意、難得效果理想。溶岩海膽 $58海膽餡料黑糯米糍的新奇組合,一客兩件,已一分為二,海膽如溶岩欲爆出,口感軟棉棉,甘甜味美。黑豚溏心流 $48原來是黑豚肉包著流心蛋。縱使是黑豚,豬肉難免有點乾,尤其燒烤製,這個組合成功保持口感濕潤,而且口味亦夾,幾好味。免治雞肉棒(自家製) $58免治雞肉混進雞軟骨,口感變化添層次,配合生雞蛋,我的必點項目。汁燒白鱔 $78燒至皮脆肉嫩,新鮮有肉汁。鹽燒鵪鶉脾 $88輕輕的鹽香卻又非常入味,鵪鶉脾肉嫩,肉汁保持。燒油金魚餃 $128魚餃新鮮,燒得啱啱好,魚肉雖然並不份外滑但味道好。  燒日本枋尾豆腐 $22表皮如火山口的豆腐,有咬口,咬落有汁,薑蔥提升味道。薑蔥提升味道炸蝦手卷 $28比較弱的一道,中規中矩。鯛魚白湯拉麵 $98麵質唔錯,湯頭有其特色,不過不失,牛肩胛丼 $128牛肉最好味,濃
