To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

到附近商場看電影,但對商場內的餐廳不太感興趣,Openrice 找到這間小林拉麵,見不距離不算遠便走過來試試。坐下便看見不少雜誌報導介紹。餐廳所用的麵條產自北海道。拉麵湯底亦可選擇濃口或濃口。自家製薯仔沙律 $65軟綿的薯仔蓉混合自家製律醬,加入洋蔥、甘筍和雞蛋,口感味道俱佳。自家製餃子(大) $60大大隻煎餃,皮薄餡滿,唯一缺點就是煎得有點點燶。燒鯖魚 $55燒到很香,鯖魚夠鮮味不腥,魚肉不會過熟,調味恰到好處。自家制叉燒拉麵 $98拉麵份量不算少,湯底每日用上三十斤豬排骨,加上木魚花、洋蔥、蔬菜,經十一小時熬製,再加上白味噌,味道濃郁啖啖鮮味及味噌香。叉燒肥瘦適中,厚薄適中,口感軟稔,豬肉味十足。拉麵為曲麵,煮得軟硬剛好,口感有煙韌有彈性。自家制豚軟骨拉麵 $105豬軟骨也煮得很入味很軟稔呢。本身價錢已經很親民,餐廳更有很多不同組合的優惠套餐,價錢更實惠。厭倦了商場的連鎖餐廳,不妨走多幾分鐘,支持一下有心的小店吧。
