To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

睇完人地話豬手好正，脆哂皮咁就仆去食啦！由於好多食評講到豬手皮脆到乜咁，對於愛脆皮嘅我黎講係滿有期望㗎（笑）但係塊皮我係有點失望嘅，唔脆而且有點靭，但以呢個價錢確實唔能夠要求太多，個皮就唔講啦，豬手啲肉唔死咸，仲幾滑幾juicy嘅，伴碟薯蓉俾我k.o.左，酸菜一般冇特別出色。12吋長芝士熱狗賣相真係好。。。長 （笑）條腸都係一般熱狗腸咁啦！但個芝士醬係唔錯，味夠濃又唔膩，幫熱狗加分👍洋蔥圈唔講啦～普通野而且都幾油膩下，粉漿偏厚，食左2件已經好漏，個人覺得阿囡整得好味好多（笑）
