今晚長沙灣放工,在元州街跟東京街交界見到一間叫「肉肉強食 by 鋒膳」嘅餐廳,感覺好適合我呢位食肉獸。餐廳有着懷舊扒房嘅裝修,空間大,卡位多,價錢方面係走親民路線。鐵板蒜蓉大蝦帶子伴牛柳點菜一會,店員就將熱辣辣鐵板餐捧過來,當蒜蓉汁淋在鐵板上,香濃嘅蒜香味就撲面而來,即是食慾大增。開邊大蝦有手掌咁長,夠新鮮,而且仲有蝦膏;帶子亦都夠厚身,味道鮮甜。主角牛柳,用刀切開後,中心部份粉嫩,完全做到五成熟嘅要求,火候控制得好好,值得一讚。肉質夠稔,沒有筋,牛肉味濃郁,相信用咗優質嘅牛柳。瑞士雞翼有成五隻唔細嘅雞中翼,依個價錢來講性價比極高。瑞士汁味道濃郁,帶微甜,雞翼醃得夠入味,肉質嫩滑,令你食完一隻、又一隻。芝士焗西蘭花西蘭花鋪滿香濃嘅芝士,而且份量都幾多。西蘭花沒有焗得太過乾身,能食到本身嘅爽甜,夠新鮮。
