今次一行二人,同一位老朋友去食飯, 朋友唔係太鍾意食重口味嘅嘢又或者太辣嘅嘢, 所以今次食飯川菜,泰菜,湘菜嗰啲就冇去考慮啦. 聽其他朋友介紹喺觀塘工業區駱駝漆工業大廈裏面有一間好好食嘅中菜, 價錢亦都唔會太貴, 嘢食嘅味道亦都唔係太差, 唯一就係呢一間餐廳係喺工業大廈裏面第一次去嘅話會難搵一啲. 我朋友聽完關於呢間餐廳嘅資料之後都想去試咁我哋就決定咗一齊上去試下呢一間餐廳啦!餐廳門面餐廳內在環境餐牌八寶茶當我一坐低嘅時候, 檯面上呢一杯舊式有蓋茶杯好吸引到我, 廳服務員講呢一杯茶叫做八寶茶,佢嘅配料有寒菊,胎菊,杞子,紅棗,龍眼肉,山楂,甘草同埋烏龍茶. 我覺得佢嘅味道係清甜,帶少少苦金, 容易入口同埋可以幫助消滯!是日燉湯 (姬松茸節瓜螺片燉豬展)聽服務員介紹, 佢哋呢一間餐廳嘅是日燉湯係每一日都唔一樣嘅, 而我用餐嘅時候當日佢哋出嘅是日燉湯就係姬松茸節瓜螺片燉豬展, 佢呢一個燉湯味道鮮甜, 佢嘅味道係以姬松茸味同埋小量肉味為主, 容易飲, 唔會太鹹, 好適合一啲唔鍾意太重口味嘅人又或者唔係咁鍾意食太鹹嘅人!三式拼盤 (五香牛展,佛山薰蹄, 花雕鴨舌)呢度嘅三式拼盤賣相十分吸引,

呢度嘅三式拼盤賣相十分吸引, 份量亦都唔少. 五香牛展嘅肉質有咬口佢嘅根,同埋肉嘅分佈十分之平均, 容易咀嚼, 食嘅時候點心色嗰個醬汁. 佛山薰蹄,味道唔錯, 口感十分之爽口, 有少少似食緊豬脷或者牛脷嗰種感覺! 花雕鴨舌方面, 鴨舌嘅中間位好有肉, 好有咬口同埋十分之彈牙, 花雕酒味唔會太過明顯但係食得出,味道合到好處!

我好欣賞呢一道時菜炒鮮斑球,佢嘅時菜係用上咗青椒同埋紅青椒,喺道菜嘅底部擺放咗西蘭花,佢嘅班球十分之爽口彈牙同埋有鮮味, 每一塊斑球都係啖啖肉, 而且班球嘅份量亦都唔少. 如果朋友們鍾意食海鮮或者鍾意食班球嘅話, 呢一個係好好嘅選擇!

除咗之前講過呢一間餐廳嗰班球炒得好好食之外, 另外呢一道菜蜜椒炒牛柳我亦都十分之欣賞, 佢嘅牛柳粒十分彈牙咬口, 喺食嘅時候我仲食到少少蜜糖嘅味道, 聽服務員介紹呢一個牛柳係醃製嘅時候係用上咗蜜糖去做所以食嘅時候會有少少蜜糖味, 呢一個蜜糖味同埋黑椒嘅味道十分之match,少少甜少少辣唔會涵蓋咗肉嘅味道, 味道恰到好處, 呢一度菜我覺得係好適合一啲鍾意食牛嘅朋友!

喺食呢一度菜嘅時候有一個好得意嘅經歷想同大家分享! 呢一道香菇杞子北芪銀山焗雞, 顧名思義內容有香菇,杞子,北芪,銀山,同埋雞. 當服務員將呢一道菜擺喺枱上面嘅時候, 我同我朋友就你眼望我眼大家都喺度諗, 咁究竟乜嘢係銀山呢? 我同我朋友望住呢一道菜揭來揭去, 都見唔到一啲疑似銀山嘅嘢...咁我哋就問服務員究竟乜嘢嘢係銀山啦.... 結果有一個十分之驚喜嘅答案...銀山就係喺圖片中你見到銀色嗰塊錫紙啦! LOL! 唔知係唔係我見識少嘅關係, 錫紙原來可以咁優雅地叫佢做銀山! 學到嘢喇今次! 呢一道菜喺味道方面十分之出色, 我朋友認為係今晚食過最好味嘅一道菜, 佢嘅雞肉鮮甜嫩滑有咬口, 入口嘅時候食到雞肉味, 杞子同埋北芪去煮雞呢一個組合十分之match令食嘅時候會有少少甜嘅感覺! 喺呢一道菜嘅底部係擺放咗一啲粉絲嘅, 啲粉絲吸收咗啲雞油同埋雞汁好香口! 如果你係鍾意食雞嘅朋友,呢一道菜你千祈唔好錯過!
總括嚟講今次用餐經驗十分之唔錯, 呢一間餐廳啲嘢食好食之外, 佢嘅服務亦都唔差, 喺唔洗舉手叫嘅情況底下, 服務員會定時定候過嚟幫你斟水落去杯八寶茶到,服務員對餐牌嘅內容亦都十分清楚, 佢哋好熟悉每一道菜嘅用料同埋烹調過程, 亦都好用心地為我哋講解, 呢一間餐廳嘅價錢亦都十分之合理, 最緊要係佢哋嘅餐做得好好食!
