Happy Friday,朋友帶了我去觀塘的熟食中心食泰越菜,本來以為大熱天時去熟食中心會熱辣辣,但原來有冷氣。食物款式很多,而且比外面餐廳平一截。豬腩肉米紙卷包著檬粉、紅蘿蔔及腩肉,加上泰式酸汁,十分清爽開胃。牛油雞中翼炸至金黃香脆,拌入了蒜茸牛油,十分香口。越式牛柳沙律有青瓜、紫洋葱、香葉及泰式香料,加上特製醬汁及烤牛肉粒,清新爽口。明爐烏頭即叫即煮,用了清雞湯、香茅及多款香料,湯底清新,充滿香茅味,烏頭厚肉鮮甜。蕃茄蟹肉檬粉湯底酸甜有蟹肉鮮味,加上豆卜、扎肉等配料,十分滿足。
