鐘意食海鮮生蠔既一定要黎試試餐廳環境以黃燈泡做點綴,有格調而且充滿歐陸風。海鮮拼盤賣相相當吸引,入面有龍蝦、青口、生蠔、凍蝦、刺身、硯、螺。全部海鮮都非常新鮮,肉質彈牙充滿淡淡的海水味。而且生蠔配白酒呢個組合真係冇得頂,可以令蠔既鮮甜味更特出。另外要推介嘅係德國鹹豬手,食落去塊皮脆卜卜,一啲都唔油膩,肉質又保持到嫩滑,仲要啖啖骨膠原,口感真係好豐富。壓軸登場嘅巨型斧頭扒勁juice,肉質好鬆軟,食落去啖啖都係肉汁。而且份量相當驚人,真係要搵多幾個朋友一齊黎先食得哂。另外餐廳老闆仲介紹咗西班牙傳統飲品Sangria比我地,係一款用生果配搭紅酒打造出黎既飲品。水果味香甜,容易入口,再配搭一口焦糖菠蘿,真係令我一試便愛上。
