To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚經過宜安街，見到有間泰菜門面好多照片幾吸引，食客也多，於是試下這間「季稻」。這裡款式多，座位闊落，老闆又健談，仲介紹了幾款菜式給我們，讚泰式椰奶特飲 | $23珍多冰 | $28兩杯都好香濃嘅椰奶味，配上煙煙韌韌嘅綠色條，味道同口感都唔錯海鮮冬陰功湯 | $138味道香濃帶酸，辣度適中。 配料相當豐富，除了海鮮仲有菇菌、蕃茄、泰式香料等，海鮮豐富而且非常新鮮炒通菜 | $68用蒜蓉炒通菜，顏色青綠又夠鑊氣，軟硬適中，好香好味沙嗲拚盤 | $90有串燒沙嗲牛、雞和豬，沙嗲醬汁帶著一點點偏甜口感，將燒完嘅肉點上去真係絕配菠蘿雞炒飯 | $98炒飯炒到粒粒分明，夠鑊氣，份量算多，味道不會過重也不會過淡
