To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日晚同屋企人去金記冰室食晚餐,金記係香港好多分店,呢間係觀塘海傍附近新開,裝修好光亮,同時有老香港風格,包括面壁單人位。呢度食物超多元化,淨係飲品款色已經令我好驚喜!今日食左金銀蛋肉碎浸時蔬($46),份量好多,金銀蛋大大粒好鬼正,時蔬係白菜仔,夠曬爽脆,又唔會好鹹。另外有梅菜扣肉($62),下面都係墊左啲菜,味道豐富,配飯食超惹味。金磚風沙炸豆腐($65),外面薄脆,入面係好軟滑既豆腐,要用陰力先夾得起,超正!呢度加$15可以加配白飯及老火湯,當然唔會放過咁正既配搭。老火湯係茶記常見既紅蘿蔔豬骨湯,味道剛好,感覺無乜味精。呢餐好飽好滿足,而且星期日晚好多人好熱鬧。
