To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚我和友人逛逛觀塘海濱,見到有間望落環境不錯的茶室,於是決定試試。主食方面,我選擇了鋸扒,所以點了鐵板西冷牛扒薯菜黑椒汁,配上五成熟的牛排,用鐵板的餘溫慢慢燜熟,不過過熟之餘,肉汁都會非常甜嫩。友人看見有招牌菜式,決定試試招牌鮮豬潤即食麵,湯底香濃之餘,配菜都好足,豬潤處理得好好,質量幾好。飲品方面,雪球系列幾特別,白雪公主和黑牛是新出產品,之前沒有見過,於是試完真係一直難忘。汽水可以自己慢慢加,飲落去解渴又新奇。甜品方面,金粒西多配雪糕,原本經油炸的西多會比較膩,但是配上雪糕,平衡口感之餘,更加能夠在粒粒西多上加上一層新滋味。
