Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

收工後去觀塘行下,每次去觀塘食野都會去牛頭角同觀塘交街度望下,今晚經過見到有間新開的叫季稻的泰國餐廳,見餐牌野食同價錢都幾吸引,一於入去試試。餐牌都係地道菜式,款款都好想試,之但係又唔止點揀好,餐廳負責人係位後生的施文後生泰國哥哥仔,用英文介紹左餐廳的菜式,我地一於揀左4個菜式。金柚子鮮蝦沙律($98)菜如其名,柚子大大粒,晶瑩通透,清甜多汁,混合了蝦乾碎、腰果、花生醬汁材料,十分惹味!當然仲有唔少得另一主角泰國蝦啦,蝦肉新鮮彈牙,的確係一道非常醒胃的前菜。蒜蓉包($38五件)香濃的蒜蓉味道,加上半脆半軟熟的麵包,夠滋味。粉絲焗大蝦($128)兩雙燒大蝦,肉質彈牙嫩滑。粉絲炒到金黃色,夠哂鑊氣,而最令我欣賞係伴碟的秘制青色醬汁,濃郁的香料葉蓉,加上檸檬汁、辣椒碎同蒜蓉,令人愛不釋手,瘋狂地把粉絲蘸上汁料。幾乎食哂啲粉絲後,見到個鍋上有好多塊薑片(最少有六七塊),粉絲索了薑片上的汁,食起上黎的確係有點薑香味道,而且會更加暖胃,可想而知呢道菜認真足料黃咖喱軟殼蟹 ($228)平時好在泰國餐廳點用咖哩汁烹調的食物。而今次呢個菜式的咖哩汁,主要係配在蟹肉絲加蛋白上,呢個用來配白飯真係一流。至於

泰式燒魷魚($127)
魷魚沾上了薄粉漿然後再油炸,所以特別酥脆。配上醒胃酸辣醬汁,食得過癮。不過我就傾向使用番配粉絲的綠色醬汁點,完全把魷魚鮮味激發出來。呢道菜的醬汁要有一定的酸度才出色!
