朋友有好消息公佈,當然要揾個地方聚下一齊慶祝下,聽同事介紹官塘工業中心有間高質私房菜叫榮哥廚房,獲獎無數。一早訂定枱,餐廳就會同你設計菜單。嘆住茶就等第一道前菜,本地水耕沙律菜伴芝麻醬、雙色墨魚仔、茶燻流心蛋伴黑魚子醬配厚切茄子,有次序嫁!先嘗沙律菜,新鮮爽脆,再食墨魚仔,辣味尤其惹味,最後就係食茄子,口感同味道有層次,一試難忘!榮哥自家甜酸齋,麵筋軟諗酸度同甜度都恰到好處,冷食好開胃!原盅燉哈密瓜螺頭黑毛豚肉湯,除咗螺頭同黑毛豚肉,竟然仲落埋西施骨、陳皮、圓肉,足料濃郁,清甜滋潤!黑松露醬炒花尾躉班球配鮮露筍,個人認為係今餐MVP,花尾躉班球肉質好結實但嫩滑,淡淡黑松露醬唔會喧賓奪主,同魚鮮味幾夾,加上晶瑩青綠嘅鮮露筍,入口爽脆鮮甜!蝦球水芙蓉,造型精緻,爽口大蝦加上香甜甘筍汁,入口細嫩滑溜鮮美!韓泡汁煮牛面肉配雙色蘿蔔,入口微辣肉味香濃,蘿蔔燉到軟腍入味。荷香蟲草花牛肝菌蒸沙欄雞,沙欄雞整嘅白切雞真係細細個就聽得多,今次第一次食蒸沙欄雞,皮薄肉唔算厚但嫩,搭配荷葉、蟲草花,香味怡人。魚湯有機時令鮮蔬,菠菜又青綠又嫩,入口唔會有苦澀感,鮮味十足!農坊獨頭糖心黑蒜炒飯,炒飯粒粒分明,特
