To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 嚟呢度食嘢,二人檯往來速度較快,唔駛等咁耐。可憐地我今夜三人行,等足半粒鐘。配菜少,牛肉唔靚,湯底淡。「芽莊」出色得多。少得可憐,青檸表面已乾枯。份量足,味道好。除咗唔夠熱之外,全晚最掂係佢。底味太甜,牛肉夠多。又係得個甜字。冇乜味道。整體上,個人評價此店只係受惠於地利,而價錢亦尚算實惠。但係味道完全揾唔到出色處,而又唔覺得有咩難食。好穩陣嘅一間店。平均每人百二蚊左右。抵。
