千之味外賣就試過,堂食就真係冇試過,咁啱朋友話見到觀塘有一間千之味,個位置又好似好偏僻,諗住談心一流,就諗住過去幫襯下。其實同朋友一路傾住計行過去又唔會覺得好遠,就真係近碼頭嗰邊,入座個時又真係冇乜人,希望我哋唔會講嘢太大聲嘈親人啦。呢一間千之味都唔淨止剩係得壽司,仲有串燒,見到都係十零廿幾蚊一串,見咁抵食就算遠都值得。‣ 火龍卷 $78佢嘅火龍卷賣相真係一流,好啱打卡。火龍卷好簡單粗暴,就係炸蝦、紫菜飯同蟹籽,我覺得佢個份量同壽司大細都啱啱好,食落都唔會覺得好膩,加上我又好鍾意食佢啲蟹籽,同朋友兩個人好快就清晒。‣ 海膽花之戀 $65雖然個份量比較細份啲,但係我覺得都幾好,可以慳返個位食多啲其他嘢,海膽唔腥呢點幾驚喜,而且都食到海膽嘅甜味,都唔錯。‣ 鰻魚忌廉芝士卷 $58呢一個份量就比較大份啲,入口嘅時候忌廉芝士嘅味道充斥住你成個口腔,我好鍾意忌廉芝士嗰種綿滑嘅口感,雖然有少少搶咗鰻魚嘅味道,但係我覺得整體配搭都好唔錯,自己都幾鍾意。‣ 帶子刺身 $68啲帶子幾鮮甜,而且唔會有雪味,餐廳都將啲帶子切得幾厚身,食落去都覺得幾滿足。‣ 炸雞軟骨粒 $30我自己本身就好鍾意食雞軟骨,本身

‣ 火龍卷 $78
佢嘅火龍卷賣相真係一流,好啱打卡。火龍卷好簡單粗暴,就係炸蝦、紫菜飯同蟹籽,我覺得佢個份量同壽司大細都啱啱好,食落都唔會覺得好膩,加上我又好鍾意食佢啲蟹籽,同朋友兩個人好快就清晒。

雖然個份量比較細份啲,但係我覺得都幾好,可以慳返個位食多啲其他嘢,海膽唔腥呢點幾驚喜,而且都食到海膽嘅甜味,都唔錯。

我自己本身就好鍾意食雞軟骨,本身諗住細細份嗌個半客試吓,點知佢嘅半客等同我想像中嘅一客。我幾鍾意佢啲軟骨,夠晒大粒,食落去嘅時候又唔會一大浸油味,佢係偏乾身少少,但係反而我又幾鍾意佢嘅口感。

‣ 燒魷魚筒 $68
佢嘅魷魚筒都係比我想像中大份,呢個價錢嚟講絕對係抵嗌,面頭上嘅照燒汁都係啱啱好,唔會令到個魷魚筒太重醬汁味,而照燒汁嘅味道唔會太甜又唔會太死鹹,如果聽日唔使返工就一定嗌酒飲,搭配魷魚筒真係一流。

‣ 三文魚蟹籽沙律 $50
佢拎上枱嘅時候,我俾佢嘅份量都嚇咗一跳,真係同poke bowl冇乜分別。舖頭都好貼心將沙律醬嘅份量另上,初時我仲心諗咁大兜沙律醬使唔使,點知道個沙律上枱嘅時候,我就知道真係需要咁多,食完個沙律都已經飽咗一半。

個玉子嘅味道都幾好,入口會食到少少甜味,口感比較厚實。唯一比較可惜就係入面冇乜餡料,如果有嘅話味道就會更加豐富。

‣ 雞泡魚乾 $33
呢個就真係要趁熱食,凍咗嘅話就硬繃繃冇咁好食,平時喺啲餐廳到嗌都要五十以上,見到呢到只不過三十幾蚊就忍唔住嗌咗,我諗搭配酒嘅話應該一流。

平時啲燒雞翼都好貴,佢嘅雞翼都幾平。相對上燒得比較乾身,但係都食到啲雞油嘅香味,就咁食其實比較寡啲,要開胃啲嘅話就真係要飲酒。

可能因為我真係好鍾意食軟骨類,所以我好鍾意呢一個雞肉軟骨棒,如果有雞蛋搭配就更加好啦,不過其實就咁食都幾好食,價錢又唔係好貴,都幾值得嗌嚟試吓。

‣ 汁燒帆立貝 $22 & 翠玉瓜 $11
帆立貝同翠玉瓜都係正常發揮,不過我覺得呢一個價錢都算係咁,最緊要係雖然好多嘢都係汁燒,但係你都唔會話食到好膩,或者淨係食到醬油嘅味道,完全冚過晒本身食材嘅味。
