友人係觀塘返工,今日去佢地頭食飯,知道我鍾意食川菜,所以帶咗我去川味港川味港位置便利,距離地鐵站只係5分鐘路程,不過如果去嘅就要記住係去到13樓再行一層樓梯餐廳乾淨企理,光猛闊落,仲有電視睇,可以包場老闆娘好好人,會問清楚我哋可以食得幾辣,從而推薦唔同嘅菜式,今次我哋嗌既都係餐廳嘅招牌菜野山椒仙爪:呢碟頭盆好正!唔算太辣,兼且好開胃!鳳爪嘅份量好多,一啖鳳爪,一啖紅蘿蔔絲同埋洋蔥絲,正!酒煮花螺:呢味係我朋友最鍾意嘅一碟餸,麻麻辣辣,食完之後啲汁我哋仲唔捨得比老闆娘拎走,要留低之後點其他嘢食 呢碟酒煮花螺係一直有火喺下面興住泥食嘅,越食越入味!不得不提既係啲螺一啲沙都冇,好新鮮,有成幾十隻樟茶鴨:係用四川既樟樹葉同茶葉熏制出泥,皮酥肉嫩,色澤深紅油亮,味道鮮美,具有特殊既樟茶香味!樟茶鴨只有唔到一百五十年的歷史,相傳係慈禧太后好鍾意既菜式!麻辣炒花甲王:啲花甲王同花螺一樣,一啲沙都冇,同埋好新鮮好大隻!個醬有啲似豉汁,不過加咗麻辣味!辣子雞軟骨:呢個辣子雞軟骨值得推薦!個皮炒得好香口,又唔會好油!最緊要係啲軟骨好有口感,所以我覺得你平時嘅辣子雞好味!蜜餞火方:啲金華火腿配埋甜甜地嘅汁好

蒜蓉炒萵筍絲:食完啲濃味野之後,食返個清清地嘅炒菜就啱啱好!炒萵筍絲比較少有,所以嗌咗呢樣!
朋友話平時午市仲有啲客飯,好抵食!
總括嚟講,川味港啲川菜好出色,除咗川菜之外仲有啲唔辣嘅菜可以選擇,所以唔會話唔啱食!我一定會再來泥試埋其他餸!
