七八點的觀塘依然繁華熱鬧。今天加班,跟老闆來到成業街的火鍋店一齊吃火鍋。店裏的卡位寬闊舒服, 火鍋店的菜式林林總總,有酸菜魚鍋,牛雜鍋,牛腩鍋, 海鮮鍋,竹絲雞鍋,海鮮鍋等。我們點了酸菜魚鍋,用的是石斑魚, 晶瑩剔透, 肉色潔白, 顯得格外新鮮。鮮很快煮熟, 魚肉鮮嫩,配以酸菜湯底, 酸酸辣辣, 十分惹味。配菜點了牛肩胛, 牛肩胛一大盤鮮紅色,怖滿雪花,肥瘦均勻,每一快都新鮮,肉汁鮮嫩,富有牛肉味。配菜雙拼響鈴及牛丸, 響鈴吃火鍋必備, 輕輕一燙外軟內脆,而牛丸粒粒多汁彈牙,牛肉味豐富;炸魚皮, 新鮮即炸出來, 十分脆口, 鹹味足夠,當小食或輕輕一燙都可以。見到店員推銷有大閘蟹,今年的第一次大閘蟹便在這裏吃了。手掌般大隻, 掀開蟹蓋多糕, 蟹膏濃郁。飲料我點了一杯熱情果沙冰,不太甜, 帶少少酸, 打邊爐配沙冰,是絕佳的配搭,不但能解渴,也能清理口中的油膩感。
