呢間係觀塘新開嘅西餐, 行高級路線。 我去咗食lunch set,去到嗰陣入面都只有我哋一堂。 餐廳係位於一個商業大廈嘅其中一層, 餐廳個感覺好似畀人搞event, 見到佢有個stage, 同埋有個reception, 我之前都未見過咁樣嘅餐廳setting好特別。 講返入面啲嘢食,好多都係加咗whisky釀製。 佢個湯係洋蔥湯,咁waitress會喺我哋面前滴一、兩滴whisky落去,飲落唔會話好大酒味,但係都幾特別。 同埋佢有杯杞子菊花茶, 用whisky杯裝住。 跟住就上main course, 我個friend嗌咗個明太子意粉, waiter會喺我哋面前燒嗰塊明太子,再加啲whisky落去燒, 燒熱咗就放返落碟意粉度上菜。 我覺得明太子食落好似鹹蛋黃, 同樣地都唔係好食得出whisky味。 佢個lunch set仲包咗個雲呢拿whisky雪糕配焦糖sauce, 同埋上面有三粒咖啡豆。 佢哋叫我哋要將咖啡豆同雪糕一齊食,因為咖啡豆食落苦苦地同埋好脆, 係一個幾特別嘅甜品。 最後佢仲包咗個飲品,佢哋介紹ginger latter, 有少少薑味,都好易入口。 整體嚟講佢個環境好大好舒
