To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

無心插柳咁黎左呢到食晚飯. 呢間可能係工業區, 所以夜市唔多人, 一入到去就有位坐, 叫左兩碗米線同雞翼share食.過橋米線: 唔記得全名係乜, 但係就乜料都有啲, 一個係5小辣, 一個係8小辣, 但係原來都唔係好辣, 只係有好好好輕微既麻既感覺. 最好味係腐皮,生菜同生. 啲肉就麻麻地, 好”孩”!!!!!土匪雞翼: 個面有啲燶左既黑芝蔴, 食落無乜特別, 反而我覺得好似食緊隻燶左既雞翼咁, 但係啲肉就好好味, 好有肉汁, 下次可以試埋個麻辣雞翼.
