To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 牛角次男坊被牛角兩個字吸引，對入面既肉類有D信心，果然冇令我失望。入面有個聲稱有16寸高既牛肉飯，所以立即點來試下，佢仲可以有得選多少汁，少飯，做到燒肉唔同人有唔同口味既感覺。實物真係比佢16寸吸引咗，但你唔會去考究佢到底實際有冇16寸，只好奇到底16寸底下到底收埋D乜野。哇！原來肉都有兩層，之後有一個芽菜球，芽菜球之後就係飯。食個感覺好足料，反而飯因為個碗係平底，如果你比較大食，會覺得有D唔夠。而味道方面，我選左多汁，岩岩好，唔好太乾，我會推薦大家都選多汁，因為唔會太咸，反而少汁我會驚太乾。最後講下環境，雖然都為商場舖，有露天有室內部份，但就算坐門口位都唔會覺得好開陽，感覺成間舖頭都坐得幾舒服。整體都有唔錯既感覺，推薦大家一試
