第一次嚟到張公子食飯估唔到佢上樓個格局都咁氣派不凡,果然不枉公子呢個名我哋點咗佢嘅招牌將公子叉燒其實就係黑毛豬叉燒,本身黑毛豬質素已經好好,加上燒得好香,同埋有蠟燭保持溫度,令到成個菜好精緻,同埋叉燒嘅肥肉唔會因為凍而變硬,keep住軟腍腍的另外我哋亦都點咗必點嘅魅影蝦球蝦球好大舊,識落新鮮有蝦味,唔似急凍蝦嘅質素,加上酸酸甜甜嘅汁亦都好開胃,不過由於太大舊嘅關係都有少少油膩另外仲有一個招牌菜就係銅鍋魚湯石春爆桂花魚佢係將桂花魚切片,然後放入銅鍋,利用石春爆香桂花魚,桂花魚咁樣整好嫩滑,另外奶白嘅鮮魚湯亦都好有鮮味,飲完成個人暖笠笠,好正另外仲有奶油白菜,同埋甜品都好唔錯,下次諗住同屋企人嚟試埋佢嘅點心不過聽阿姐講平日飲茶都好full,建議大家去之前要book枱

蝦球好大舊,識落新鮮有蝦味,唔似急凍蝦嘅質素,加上酸酸甜甜嘅汁亦都好開胃,不過由於太大舊嘅關係都有少少油膩

另外仲有一個招牌菜就係銅鍋魚湯石春爆桂花魚
佢係將桂花魚切片,然後放入銅鍋,利用石春爆香桂花魚,桂花魚咁樣整好嫩滑,另外奶白嘅鮮魚湯亦都好有鮮味,飲完成個人暖笠笠,好正

另外仲有奶油白菜,同埋甜品
都好唔錯,下次諗住同屋企人嚟試埋佢嘅點心
不過聽阿姐講平日飲茶都好full,
建議大家去之前要book枱
