又多個友人下個月就走啦,相約食餐送行飯,佢想食中餐,咁就介紹位公子比佢識。呢位公子小姓張,睇門口呢個位置幾咁有氣勢。茶/水各一壺,用火爐仔保溫,餐具擺位給人一種幾高級嘅感覺。醉鷄就食得多,藥膳醉乳鴿 ($68) 就唔係好多地方有得食。入口涼感,乳鴿浸得幾入味,唔會太濃酒味,肉質幾嫩,咁嘅煮法好岩呢個天氣食。鍾意食蝦但又唔鍾意除蝦殼嘅人,誠意推介呢客艷影蝦球 ($168),顏色已經感覺夏日醒神。先上蝦球脆炸,炸漿唔厚輕易食到蝦球。再淋上甜酸醬汁,啖啖彈牙蝦肉,單食或送飯都正。食得”倪”豪D,叫個鮮露荀清湯鮮南非鮑 ($78/位)原隻南非鮑大過隻匙更,夠厚身入口帶嚼口,食到中間位置會有點咸味,配埋個清甜鮮露荀清湯,簡而清。另類食蟹法,來一客蟹肉扒菜苗 ($168)。蟹肉量都唔係幾留手,加埋蛋白一齊煮,再舖上菠菜上,令平凡嘅菠菜秒變成上菜。壓軸出場係呢個新菜………………..膏蟹清蒸肉餅 ($298)。大大隻膏蟹”責”死肉餅……..哇哈哈。打開個蟹蓋…………超多膏,用匙更”畢”黎食都仲得。蟹鉗已經爆好殼,方便進食,蟹肉味道超甜。個身都爆膏,膏同肉一齊食,超鮮甜。肉餅放底吸盡蟹嘅精華,仲”沾”咗D蟹膏,入口食到馬蹄嘅爽脆及冬菇粒,唔濃味,用黎送飯超岩數。最後送上紅棗杞子桃膠糖水,為呢餐留下美好句號,亦祝友人一切安好。 continue reading

今晚約同三五知己尼到官塘駿業街電訊數碼大樓3樓的一間名叫“張公子”中餐廳晚飯。這裏地方寬敞,佈置優雅,完全沒有擠迫感,坐落十分舒服,再加上侍應殷勤招待,令我有賓至如歸的感覺。 秋霧鹵醉蝦 (八隻)$168這道菜端出來煙霧四散,十分吸睛。大大隻的大頭蝦食落爽甜,感覺新鮮。蝦頭裏還帶有蝦膏,十分香口。 勁量重手芝士大蝦球伊麵 $198熱辣辣的蝦球伊麵端出來香味撲鼻,真的有一種令人無法抗拒的感覺。芝士醬汁蓋滿了一整碟菜,不會過多也不會太少,恰到好處。蝦肉食落鮮甜爽口,伊麵感覺彈牙,每一條伊麵都掛上了濃郁的芝士醬汁,十分惹味。 公子特色凍豆腐 (位)$38這道菜真的很特別,估唔到豆腐都可以跟薑醋咁夾,軟滑的豆腐舖上磨了蓉的薑醋,食落感覺有薑的香辣味和醋的酸甜味,豐富了我的味蕾,令我胃口大開。 張公子牛肋排 $398這個名稱認真文縐縐,這道菜是“張公子”七大名菜之一,果然名不虛傳。牛肋排炆得非常冧和入味,食落牛肉的肉汁香味滿佈口腔裏,翠綠色的蘆筍鮮嫩爽口,再加上秘製的醬汁,令這道菜的香味更上一層樓,真的令我食不停口。 紅燒BB乳鴿 @$48紅燒乳鴿皮脆肉嫩,醃得十分入味,食落還有微微的肉汁滲進口腔裏,十分香口,再點上少許喼汁和淮鹽,提升了這道菜的味道,滋味無窮。 continue reading

第二次黎食差左好多。😅點完菜唔夠5分鐘野食已經上哂枱,可想言之質素會有幾好。首先招牌叉燒偏肥,舊舊都斬到兩隻手掌咁厚,好難入口。豔影蝦球係極度失望,由$168加價到$218,唔係用新鮮蝦都算,上碟已經凍,外皮炸粉極厚又炸唔乾身,外皮仲大舊過入面隻蝦,越食越滯。🥴本來點個龍皇吐霧鮮鮑魚諗住打卡,但呀姐落乾冰過程整得好求其,成唔到水晶球。鮑魚味道中規中矩少少花雕味,但打唔到卡基本上叫黎無意思。😅總括黎講,份量睇落大份,但質素一般,同價錢不相符,服務亦有待改善。 continue reading
