To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

觀塘呢間大排檔都幾出名，以前開喺牛頭角下邨，搬咗嚟觀塘工業大廈！啲餸都幾好食，糖水都唔錯，想食大排檔又想乾淨衛生可以食呢一間，環境都OK，有冷氣廁所唔污糟！茗茶$20蜂蜜欖角骨$120份量都幾多，食落去甜甜地，個骨唔會太過腥，都有肉味，美中不足但係唔夠香口同惹味。煎蝦餅拼椒鹽鮮魷（半）165.00炸得非常之香口，蝦餅有蝦味彈牙，魷魚爽口新鮮！沙薑炆芥菜 $85味道幾特別，幾香沙薑味，芥菜都爽口！砵酒流浮山蠔 $240個蠔真係好好食，大概有六至七隻？周周非常之香脆，好味濃郁鮮甜，一啲都唔腥，個酒味好香！紅燒豆腐 $90豆腐軟滑，醬汁嘅調味啱啱好，下面仲有啲雜菌菜心！推薦指數: 8/10唔錯都幾有鑊氣，喺觀塘想食大排檔都會推介！價錢唔算平，不過勝在足料大份味道OK。
