普遍的酒店自助餐晚市都要至少$500,有生蠔等海鮮就十分分鐘七至八百元,因為我同屋企人都唔食生野,朋友就介紹了我去觀塘這間西餐自助餐,晚餐$238,除了無生野,其他都同酒店食物類同,但價錢便宜一半有多。餐湯都有兩款,羅宋及周打魚湯。沙律款式甚多,沙律菜新鮮,雜果沙律香甜,長通粉醬汁美味。莎樂美腸及風干腸都不會太咸。熱食方面有斧頭扒、德國腸、咸豬手、豬肋條、燒雞翼,肉類款式甚多,應有盡有,斧頭肉燒至表面焦香,肉質嫩腍又有肉汁,咸豬手就比較一般,外面不夠香脆,但都不會太咸,豬肋條又腍又入味。每枱還送上海鮮拼盤,以番茄忌廉汁煮成,有鮑魚、青口、蜆及扇貝,下面還有些蔬菜墊底,海鮮雖不算鮮甜,但一盤在外面西餐廳食都要五百元,所以真是超值。最後唔少得就係甜品,有十多款,芝士蛋糕、雜果撻、新鮮爆谷、自己製作的綿花糖,有得食又有得玩,啱哂小朋友。
