Restaurant: 新匯聚餐廳小廚
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近觀塘港鐵站,步行約十分鐘內,位於工廠大廈,是近期食過,又覺得非常值得推薦下嘅中式炒餸小菜餐廳,個人認為比很多酒樓飯店更美味,廚師手藝鑊氣都很一流,本星期在觀塘附近有事情做,已經幫襯了兩次,暫時前後已經試過三次,不同菜式都沒有失望。地方就工廠食堂格局,店舖有一樓,比較舊,地下叫打冷,但其實一樣,但裝修新又比較舒適,柯打的菜式是一樣,沒有分別。芝麻雞皮脆,唯肉乾了小許,但總算很好味,薑蔥魚扣,招牌話梅骨,蜜糖欖角骨,豆腐班腩,小炒王,薯仔牛柳粒,家鄉魚腸,炒粉絲,蠔餅, 樣樣都可以,沒有負評。但有心理準備,雖然工廠大廈,但價錢都不算平宜,和酒樓差不多,平均一百元個餸菜。
