Restaurant: 新匯聚餐廳小廚
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚去觀塘睇傢私,行過見到呢間新𠥔聚餐廳小廚,上OpenRice睇完食評好似不錯就决定試試一坐低,老闆老闆娘伙記都好熱情,就開始介紹招牌菜,老豆點咗個鱔魚蒸荷葉飯,飯係糯米飯,一上枱已經好香鱔味,魚既鮮味滲哂落糯米飯度,飯既硬度適中,唔太淋亦唔太硬,食得出係開叫即蒸,基本上唔落醬油都好夠味,值得一提既係條鱔真係好新鮮,冇骨又肉厚。期間,老闆有教我們如何去食同煮得好食,例如不好直接將鼓油倒落荷葉,否則鼓油不均勻,容易過咸...真的獲益良多。另外叫咗一個拼盤,有鮮魷同㰖角骨,㰖角骨啖啖肉,醬汁酸甜開胃。不過可能份量太多,兩人食到有點油膩。於是乎再點個金銀蛋上湯娃娃菜,又清又新鮮,中和一下油膩感。成餐飯都食得好飽足,因碟碟份量都很多,然後將食剩既糯米飯仲打包返工食,老闆教我地點翻蒸先可以好似餐廳咁好食,最後老闆送了份甜椰汁膏,今餐真係又食又拎,學到一堆冷知識。

期間,老闆有教我們如何去食同煮得好食,例如不好直接將鼓油倒落荷葉,否則鼓油不均勻,容易過咸...真的獲益良多。

另外叫咗一個拼盤,有鮮魷同㰖角骨,㰖角骨啖啖肉,醬汁酸甜開胃。不過可能份量太多,兩人食到有點油膩。於是乎再點個金銀蛋上湯娃娃菜,又清又新鮮,中和一下油膩感。
