To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳位於駱駝漆大廈第三座,就近觀塘地鐵站,位置算方便,環境簡約舒服,主打丼飯、定食和沙律套餐。蜜脆活鰻魚丼鰻魚口感外脆內軟,表面沾滿了蜜蜂,味道甜蜜可口,咬落有一定韌度,肉質結實,採用新鮮活鰻,有別一般蒲燒鰻魚,配料有糖心蛋、香蔥,整體丼飯味道豐富。澳洲和牛M8丼和牛肉質軟熟,完全無柴既質感,肉和脂肪分佈分例均勻,牛既油脂香味特別濃郁,配料有半熟蛋和小份沙拉。跟餐附有時令水果,今次係西瓜粒,爽口多汁,甜度十足。真鵝肝味道甘香純厚,鵝肝油香味濃郁,一小口就令口腔充滿甘香,表面煎得焦香,有少許脆口既感覺。多春魚火候掌握得不錯,熟度剛剛好,不會太過焦香影響味道,魚肉鮮嫩可口,表面有灑上適當份量既七味粉,凸顯其鮮味。熱百香果茶
