To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日約了保險經紀兼好友做年度總結,唔係飲嘢咁簡單,食埋飯慢慢傾。店子簡約舒適,座位整齊,環境企理。有多款全日主食套餐,加錢可追加小食和飲品,仲可單點甜品。燒三文魚骨 ($38) 燒得金黃,味道鹹香,都有唔少肉,嫩滑油潤,好吃! 每份套餐都包有溏心溏和水果,我點了澳洲和牛拼牛舌定食轉冷蕎麥麵($78+$10)再加配海佬一隻(+$12)。冷蕎麥麵口感唔錯,點啲泠麵汁和加埋隻香滑溏心蛋就更正。和牛和牛舌都好嫩,有牛香,加上燒汁,味道好夾,兩樣都好味。水果是西瓜,又甜又多汁。除加配海佬 一隻外,再追加多一隻($13),一人一隻才滿足。估唔到咁大隻,炸得好靚仔,勁香脆,又唔油,啖啖肉,鮮香彈牙!朋友要份美國牛板腱丼($88)加配芝士雞翼,牛板腱舖滿飯面,份量好足。將溏心蛋連米飯同食,蛋汁滲入米飯中,正!牛板腱啖啖肉,有咬口,香嫩味濃,得!芝士雞翼(+$12/2隻)煎很好香,香口肥美,加埋面頭嘅芝士溶,鹹香美味。

在駱駝漆大廈購物後,隨意逛逛有什麼好吃,見到這間慢煮屋有不少人,而且款式也合口味,晚餐就在此解決吧。有多款牛肉、雞肉、豚肉、鰻魚等選擇,可配飯,烏冬、蕎麥麵、沙律,加$12 有小食好經濟。飲品要了可好及熱菊花蜜,乾燥的天氣飲菊花蜜好滋潤。蜜脆活鰻魚丼賣相吸引,除了主食,還配上生果好健康鰻魚份量十足,鰻魚有蜜糖包著好脆口,夠厚又肥美,啖啖肉無骨,味道相當不錯。另加的小食芝士雞翼,拉絲芝士夠惹味,雞翼香脆可口。澳洲和牛M8丼另加真鵝肝 $30,嫩滑多汁牛肉有一定厚度,較有嚼勁,肉味濃厚,配上溏心蛋一起享用更好。

自從在網上睇到依間餐廳就好想食依家終於有機會食到~為咗避開人流,所以我哋下午兩點幾先至去食。我叫咗美國牛板腱丼套餐,另外再加咗兩隻芝士雞翼一個套餐本身係一個飯再包埋溫泉蛋同水果。賣相不錯,個飯上面有幾塊牛同一啲沙律菜,啲肉都幾容易咬開。個醬汁似烤肉醬,用嚟送飯剛剛好。但個人覺得個飯比較少,如果再多少少就好了。個溫泉蛋就唔係流心,不過都可以接受。至於個芝士雞翼,就比較普通,純粹只係喺雞翼上放咗芝士。
