To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 觀塘駱駝漆大廈一向甚受歡迎, 除了不同食肆, 亦有不少小店進駐, 亦係觀塘區返工LUNCH熱門地點之一, 今日同事介紹一間平靚正, 連晚市都好抵食的餐廳。就係位於4樓的慢煮屋。慢煮屋好有一種家的感覺, 裝修簡單舒適, 光猛清潔。今日和同事食晚飯, 見到餐牌套餐由$52起, 午市仲有小食送,而且不設加一。我和同事點左2個套餐加1個小食真鵝肝澳洲和牛M8丼$116飲品 : 凍芒果乳酸梳打 (+$12)牛油果三文魚丼 $96飲品 : 雪糕(椰子)特飲 (+$18)小食 :  燒三文魚骨 $38用手機落單好方便, 天氣咁熱當然要杯特飲爽一下。凍芒果乳酸梳打入面有蒟蒻, 芒果乳酸味道不大甜, 職員細心地先問我地想要少甜定正常, 我地選擇了正常 (味道也不會過甜), 十分清爽雪糕(椰子)特飲職員預先問我要芒果梳打或菠蘿梳打, 我選擇菠蘿梳打, 雪糕要椰子味, 兩種味道好夾, 雪糕好快溶, 要快快食呀 !燒三文魚骨 $38燒三文魚骨十分香脆甘香, 份量也多, 眼見其他食客都有點這份小食真鵝肝澳洲和牛M8丼大大件的鵝肝, 煎得夠香易入口, 澳洲和牛份量多, 而且十分大片, 嫩滑入味。睇得出廚師的一番功夫。一啖一口, 滋味十足。還附有溫泉蛋及西瓜做飯後果, 好滿足牛油果三文魚丼色彩繽紛, 整個丼原來有大件煎香的三文魚柳及牛油果, 還有火龍果, 青瓜絲及車厘茄, 附有鮮檸檬片。三文魚柳煎香但肉質唔會鞋, 牛油果及火龍果大方地係一件件上, 而不是一片片, 性價頗高係觀塘又搵到一間用心製作食物的小店, 必定要支持支持 continue reading

今日去左觀塘駱駝漆到買野順手食飯 我朋友就介紹左一間叫慢煮屋嘅餐廳,平日夜晚都坐到爆哂仲要等位呢到主打日式料理,有多款丼飯同定食,價錢都合理,而且唔收加一!慢煮牛腹冷面我加左錢轉左做冷面,因為呢排都仲有啲小熱,所以想食d清爽的口感嘅主食牛腹部位的肉質鮮嫩,用慢煮方法,保留了肉的自然風味。而冷面同牛腹肉係好match ,所以呢道菜式相當不錯🤤真鵝肝澳洲和牛M8丼😆呢個和牛丼則是一個視覺和味覺的雙重享受。M8的和牛肉質極為細膩,油花分布均勻,份量都好充足,內裡保持著肉汁的鮮美。煎香左嘅鵝肝入口即溶,簡直係為這道菜品增添了奢華感係個絕妙的搭配。😛啲飲吸收了肉汁後更加惹味!勁想追飯食🤤而每個餐都會配上生果同溫泉蛋所以相當豐富🧡 continue reading
