To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日約了保險經紀兼好友做年度總結,唔係飲嘢咁簡單,食埋飯慢慢傾。店子簡約舒適,座位整齊,環境企理。有多款全日主食套餐,加錢可追加小食和飲品,仲可單點甜品。燒三文魚骨 ($38) 燒得金黃,味道鹹香,都有唔少肉,嫩滑油潤,好吃! 每份套餐都包有溏心溏和水果,我點了澳洲和牛拼牛舌定食轉冷蕎麥麵($78+$10)再加配海佬一隻(+$12)。冷蕎麥麵口感唔錯,點啲泠麵汁和加埋隻香滑溏心蛋就更正。和牛和牛舌都好嫩,有牛香,加上燒汁,味道好夾,兩樣都好味。水果是西瓜,又甜又多汁。除加配海佬 一隻外,再追加多一隻($13),一人一隻才滿足。估唔到咁大隻,炸得好靚仔,勁香脆,又唔油,啖啖肉,鮮香彈牙!朋友要份美國牛板腱丼($88)加配芝士雞翼,牛板腱舖滿飯面,份量好足。將溏心蛋連米飯同食,蛋汁滲入米飯中,正!牛板腱啖啖肉,有咬口,香嫩味濃,得!芝士雞翼(+$12/2隻)煎很好香,香口肥美,加埋面頭嘅芝士溶,鹹香美味。

放工又去咗觀塘駱駝漆工廈買運動用品,手提戰利品,跟住喺附近食晚餐,網上搵到慢煮屋,性價比高的日本菜,小店裝修幾relax嘅。慢煮屋 都幾多人,座位夠闊落坐得舒服,店員都好有禮貌。主打日本料理,多款丼飯同定食,晚餐嚟講當幾健康,價錢合理,慢慢坐傾吓偈唔會趕時間。雪糕朱古力芒果乳酸梳打雪糕(朱古力)士多啤梨乳酸梳打芒果乳酸梳打很清香,跟朱古力雪糕一起喝下,口感特別。慢煮牛腹丼估唔到 慢煮牛腹丼 賣相咁漂亮啊!慢煮牛腹捲起玫瑰花形狀,絕對有誠意有驚喜!打卡一流!我點的是大盛,牛腹肉份量超多,肉色粉嫩,生熟度剛剛好。牛腹肉嫩腍,牛味非常香濃,牛肉好嫩又 juicy,自家秘製醬汁特別惹味。海佬一隻 可以追加小食,我哋揀咗海佬,超大隻,炸到好脆,酥脆到蝦頭都可以吃埋,一滴不留,彈牙唔錯,好抵食!照燒雞定食照燒雞定食支持小店,可以吃到美味日式丼定食,照燒雞香脆,外脆內軟,非常香口,咬落多肉汁。女生最喜歡就係伴碟有新鮮蔬菜作沙律。天氣熱轉配冷烏冬,口感夠煙韌,口感滑嘟嘟,好彈牙。配上自家烏冬汁一齊食,溫泉蛋半熟蛋汁撈勻食又幾正,可口美味的鮮味。芝士雞翼(2隻)套餐仲有追加小食,芝士雞翼,味道濃郁。似調味後煎雞翼,表面鋪滿芝士,微微香脆可口,內裡剛剛好新發出雞油香氣。

今晚去觀塘食飯,去咗間近日幾多人推介嘅慢煮屋吃晚飯。美國牛板腱丼牛板腱嫩滑,肉質鮮美,隨餐有隻溫泉蛋,加埋飯落去食真係好夾!而且我最鍾意就係佢個醬汁,整體十分美味。日式餃子餃子外皮薄脆,內餡飽滿,裡面包著新鮮的肉類和蔬菜,煎得咁好味真係唔容易。日式豚肉拼牛舌尖丼豬肉肥美香嫩,牛舌則帶有獨特的嚼勁,兩者搭配在一起,口感特別豐富。再加上飯底的醬汁和紫菜,簡直是美味的完美結合。芝士雞翼雞翼表面金黃酥脆,雞肉鮮嫩多汁,淋上濃厚的芝士醬,讓人一試成主顧。菊花蜜熱菊花蜜香氣撲鼻,飲一啖真係暖上心頭。蘋果金寶芝士蛋糕上面嗰層好香脆,中間就係綿密的芝士餡同蘋果片,底部有餅乾,味道酸甜可口,亦能感受到蘋果的清新,簡直完美作為餐後甜點,讓人滿足。

餐廳位於駱駝漆大廈第三座,就近觀塘地鐵站,位置算方便,環境簡約舒服,主打丼飯、定食和沙律套餐。蜜脆活鰻魚丼鰻魚口感外脆內軟,表面沾滿了蜜蜂,味道甜蜜可口,咬落有一定韌度,肉質結實,採用新鮮活鰻,有別一般蒲燒鰻魚,配料有糖心蛋、香蔥,整體丼飯味道豐富。澳洲和牛M8丼和牛肉質軟熟,完全無柴既質感,肉和脂肪分佈分例均勻,牛既油脂香味特別濃郁,配料有半熟蛋和小份沙拉。跟餐附有時令水果,今次係西瓜粒,爽口多汁,甜度十足。真鵝肝味道甘香純厚,鵝肝油香味濃郁,一小口就令口腔充滿甘香,表面煎得焦香,有少許脆口既感覺。多春魚火候掌握得不錯,熟度剛剛好,不會太過焦香影響味道,魚肉鮮嫩可口,表面有灑上適當份量既七味粉,凸顯其鮮味。熱百香果茶
